Job Description:
|
Job Responsibilities:
- Analysis of business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities.
- Development of functional and technical solution design documents based upon client requirements.
- Development of solutions based upon technical specifications and designs using Microsoft tools and technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, SharePoint, BizTalk, XML.
- Estimating, planning and hands-on management/contribution of full lifecycle technical projects for internal and external clients.
- Technical leadership and mentoring of junior team members.
- Project quality and on-time delivery.
- Develop B2B and B2C solutions leveraging a SOA.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in analysis, design, and development of software solutions.
2+ years managing software developers.
Minimum of three years hands-on experience with ASP.NET, C# .NET, and MS SQL.
BizTalk experience - SharePoint Services and Portal Server a plus.
Familiarity with Visual Studio, .NET Framework, and Visual Source Safe.
1+ year of development work in an environment that used a structured methodology (i.e. RUP, SCRUM or similar)
1+ year of developing and executing test plans and test cases
Fluent in first generation web services standards, technologies and tools (e.g., XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, etc.)
- Experience communicating technical solutions to non-technical audience.
